Shipping & Returns
We will grant the customer a store credit or refund for the return of all items, after receiving the item undamaged within 20 days of shipment. We do not take responsibility for damaged items that were installed improperly. If a refund is chosen rather than a store credit, a 10% restocking fee will be charged. Parts ordered for the incorrect application may be swapped out or returned for a store credit if returned within 20 days of our shipment date. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. However, additional charges WILL be applied to orders outside of the U.S. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
